We have tile..no grout just tile. It's down in the laundry room and Tatum & Anna's bathrooms.

one year...ONE YEAR!!!

One year ago today a excited couple broke ground on their new house. They thought that the house would be completed around March or so and wouldn't change their lives THAT much.

HA!

One year later that tired worn out couple is tired of this house building crap and want their lives to go back to "normal"...if only they could remember what normal was.

We haven't been to the lake once this year.

The boat is still sitting with it's cover on it.

I think Billy has been in the pool once this summer....and it's JULY..JULY 18th to be exact. One year to the day that we broke ground.

So today I went to gawk at what "the boys" have completed and they have really rocked and rolled this week! All of the floors on the 2nd level have hardwoods!

Today..I took my shoes off to walk through the rooms without getting them dirty since Billy cleaned them today. I distinctly remember thinking to myself...this is what my floor will feel like when I'm walking on it barefooted. Have I mentioned we're ready for it to be done?

9 hours later...

I have completed circles!

Oh and Billy got some hardwoods down too!

I love the cabinets!

If you ever need new cabinets Parkins are the ones to do it. They did a terrific job.

And yesterday..I had my wonderful friend Revelle come help me put on the wall what i had in my head. I really love it! I'm going today to finish it.

We had cabinets delivered today!!!

This post is for Suz by the way who has been anxiously waiting a update.

The cabinets were delivered today and should all be installed by tomorrow. From what I can tell...I love them!
